Monday All-Hands Meetings at Endorphin

At Endorphin, our Monday meetings are just as important. These meetings typically involve team leaders, account managers, and key management staff. Since we don't always get the chance to engage with each other during the week, these Monday huddles set the tone for the upcoming days, help us connect with new team members, and provide updates on important projects.

If anyone is joining online, the following guidelines apply:

Our default is to always encourage camera-on, but throughout the rest of the week, you have full autonomy over whether or not you use your camera during meetings. If you experience video-on fatigue, feel free to turn off your camera, as long as you're actively engaged in the meeting. Use the chat, unmute, or express yourself with emojis—your voice is what matters.

Benefits of keeping video on include fostering better connections, especially when leading meetings or introducing the team to external partners. Body language can play a key role in building relationships. However, we leave it up to you to assess each situation and decide when video-on is best.
