Once you join Endorphin, a three-month compatibility period (commonly known as probation) is applied for all new team members. This period allows both you and us to determine if we are a good fit for each other. Benefits and full-time employee status take effect after successfully completing this compatibility period.
Sometimes, adjusting to a new job can take time, so we also allow for an additional three-month extension of this compatibility period, giving both sides more time to adapt.
The management team will conduct a formal check-in once a month during your compatibility period. You can use this time to discuss topics such as:

However, no process is perfect, and if either party feels that Endorphin isn't the right fit at that particular time, we understand that this is a failure of our hiring process, not the individual we hired.
