Learning is a high-agency decision and is important to our company's goals.

An annual learning budget of up to 20,000 AZN will be provided. This budget can be spent on online courses, programs, coaching, mentorship programs, books, subscriptions, or other resources that you believe will provide necessary learning experiences.

This training agreement is made in collaboration with Code Academy and Creative School.

After completing your compatibility period, the allocated budget becomes active for all employees. If you need to exceed this budget, there is an opportunity to increase this allowance to 30,000 AZN per year by sharing your knowledge with colleagues at Endorphin through brief presentations conducted by you. We always aim to spend our money wisely, so consider the pros and cons. Is it beneficial for Endorphin if someone spends time and money in the chosen area? Does this fit into their personal development path at Endorphin? Does it match their personal goals? Does it align with their role and responsibilities? Does this open them up to new experiences that can add value to their current work?

After this, if you think the expense is reasonable, let us know. A good control question is: would you spend the money on this if it were your own? The rest is just common sense. If you still have doubts about whether or not to expense something, just ask.
