At Endorphin, we often experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from creative work—winning new pitches, celebrating awards, cracking a great idea, or just having a fantastic meeting. But equally, there are tough days in our business. Days when motivation is low, when our minds are cluttered, or when personal life and work life don’t mix well. There are times when inspiration seems out of reach, or when we might even feel like we’ve lost our creative spark.
Our hope for everyone working here is that you can bring your whole, authentic self to work. This means not shying away from discussing the hard stuff, like anxiety, burnout, and stress. For us, mental support isn’t just a ‘nice-to-have’—it’s essential. We believe that only when we’re mentally well can we truly do our best work.
We understand that mental health challenges don’t happen in isolation, especially when work is involved. The work environment plays a significant role in how you feel. That’s why we aim to create a space that positively impacts your well-being, so you feel good about yourself and the work you do every day.
We’re committed to building an environment that challenges the dominant work culture and creates equity for everyone. This commitment is reflected in our D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) policies, flexible working hours, leave and compensation policies, and most importantly, tangible mental health support.
As part of our medical coverage for all employees (including contract employees), we’ve partnered with EDA Terapiya, our mental well-being partner.
This platform enables Endorphin employees to schedule free monthly sessions with a therapist or counselor. You can email [email protected] from your official Endorphin email ID to arrange a session with a specialist from EDA Terapiya.
As part of our continuous improvement program, we are committed to providing the best mental wellness practices for our teams. EDA Terapiya supports this through quarterly surveys and pulse checks, offering counseling sessions to understand how employees are feeling at work. This will help establish a baseline for each team member's mental wellness journey. Additional support includes team workshops, critical incident support, a wellness channel, interactive sessions, and online mental wellness resources.
We’re also utilizing EDA Terapiya’s Leader Program, which focuses on leadership development. Through unlimited sessions, leadership teams will be assessed based on their emotional and interpersonal profiles, helping them become better leaders—and better people.
There will be times when teams or individuals need to work off-hours for client calls, urgent pitches, or fast turnarounds. This extra time should not be considered additional work beyond your normal hours. Your team leads and the Endorphin Experience team will follow up to ensure you take compensatory time off to make up for those extra hours. It's crucial for your well-being to have regular breaks from work.
Sick leave at Endorphin also covers mental health leave. If you're feeling low on energy or just need time off to clear your head, don’t feel guilty about it. As long as your manager is aware and you’ve sent a quick voice note, text, or email about any immediate tasks (if possible), you’re good to go.
We’re building an organization where people can thrive. If you have ideas for how we can be better or know of a partner that promotes equity and well-being, share your thoughts with the Endorphin Experience team. We’re always open to recommendations that help us become our best version.
