Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy at Endorphin

At Endorphin, we believe in providing equal opportunities for everyone to work, regardless of race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation. We are committed to preventing sexual harassment and addressing it promptly if it occurs.

Introduction

Endorphin is committed to creating a workplace where everyone can work free from fear of prejudice, gender bias, or sexual harassment. We believe that respecting each other’s dignity, privacy, and equality in the workplace is essential. Discrimination or sexual harassment, whether in person or in virtual spaces, is not tolerated.

While this policy is aligned with both international best practices and Azerbaijani legal requirements, it extends to all employees, regardless of their gender. This policy also applies to employees working remotely or at any location where Endorphin's business is conducted.

What is Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment refers to any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature, including but not limited to:

Sexual harassment can occur between individuals of any gender and must always be taken seriously. The impact on the person subjected to such behavior matters more than the intention behind the action.

Reporting Sexual Harassment

If you experience or witness sexual harassment, we encourage you to report it to the Internal Committee (IC). You can submit your complaint in writing, either in person or via email. Our priority is to handle all complaints with care, maintaining confidentiality and conducting a fair investigation.

Internal Committee (IC)

Endorphin has an Internal Committee (IC) responsible for receiving and addressing complaints related to sexual harassment. The IC is composed of:

  1. A senior woman employee who acts as the Presiding Officer.
  2. Two members from the company who have experience in social work or legal knowledge.
