How It Works

Open positions will be announced by the HR Team on internal/external channels, so everyone knows who we are looking to hire.

If you have someone in mind, introduce your candidate by email to the HR & Management team, including their profile and the position you believe they fit.

The referral date cannot be earlier than the job posting date, and the referred candidate must be hired within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral.

Referral bonus for all positions = 100 AZN

Can Anyone Refer?

Yes, if you work at Endorphin. Regardless of your role, you can refer a candidate for any open position indicated by HR.

Hiring managers are not eligible for referral bonuses when hiring for their teams. Management, HR, and recruitment teams are also not eligible.
