Like all growing companies, Endorphin attempts to minimize expenses to extend our financial runway. Most of our expenses—over 80%—are people-related: salaries, external consultants, and benefits.
If you need to expense something during client work, consult a team lead; they will likely have a business credit card.
To facilitate efficiency and ensure smooth operations, we have outlined reimbursement guidelines for expenses incurred during these activities.
Reimbursement Details
In-Town/Out-of-Town Official Work
- Meals: Meal expenses during client meetings are reimbursed based on actual costs, up to 30 AZN per meal per person.
- Airport Travel: Airport travel expenses are reimbursed based on receipts. These travels are generally pre-approved and arranged by our office manager.
- Local Travel at Destination: For local travel (e.g., taxi, public transit) at the destination, we work with an affiliated taxi company. However, this does not mean unlimited usage. Please avoid exceeding comfort or comfort+ options when booking a ride.
- Other Expenses: Obtain prior approval from your team lead for any anticipated additional expenses.
Home Location Official Work
- Travel Expenses: Transportation (e.g., taxi, public transit), parking fees, and toll charges are reimbursed based on receipts.
- Other Expenses: Any anticipated additional expenses, including distant meeting locations, should be pre-approved by your team lead.
Production Shoots for Clients
- Meals: If food is not provided on set, meal expenses during production shoots will be reimbursed based on actual costs, up to 20 AZN per meal per person.
- Travel Expenses: Travel expense policies for production shoots apply as outlined above, based on geographic area.
Subscriptions
If you or a colleague require a subscription for official purposes (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT), consult your team lead. Once approved, you can email the Finance team and cc your team lead.
Generally, Endorphin provides the necessary tools requiring subscriptions, which will be made available after you start.
