We’re currently a remote-active workplace. Which means we function both remotely from our owns spaces and also out of our office workspaces.
We have IRL (In Real Life) workspaces in Baku and Tashkent. As the majority of our team is based in Baku, our colleagues there choose to work from office more than folks from the other locations.
Endorphin HQ is located in the Globus Center, which is surrounded by many business centers in Baku’s new business district. We've been here since 2015, making us one of the longest-standing tenants, so we know the area and neighborhood very well. We're just a 5-minute walk from Nizami metro station. For those who drive, there is parking available under the building, which is a rare perk in many office buildings. For those not coming from too far away, especially with the heavy traffic these days, we recommend using public transportation or bikes.
We’ve chosen this location intentionally – it's a hub of activity, ideal for building relationships with local businesses and showing our commitment to being active and engaged in the local community. Plus, being just seconds away from a great meal is always a nice bonus.
Typically, our Baku team spends around 10-15 days a month working from Endorphin HQ.
For now, our Tashkent office operates from a shared coworking space. In the coming months, we will provide updates on our new office and working conditions. In the meantime, we are opting for the WFH (work from home) model.
While the majority of our team members are based in Baku, Endorphin is currently a remote-friendly workplace. Joining Endorphin means you are accepting a hybrid working model. In this setup, you are expected to come to the office for at least two weeks every month. Most employees do not have their own assigned desks and usually share desks with other colleagues. Our general approach is to have one week in the office and one week working from home.
Even though we work remotely, we believe in the value of real-life interactions and the power of teams collaborating in shared spaces from time to time.
Like many companies, our way of working has changed a lot in the last few years. While we don’t plan to switch to a fully remote model, we expect Endorphin’s remote work policies to be updated regularly based on the company’s growth and success. The leadership team usually discusses these updates during Monday morning meetings and encourages all team members to share their feedback before making any policy changes.
