All full-time employees are covered under an annual health insurance plan provided by PAŞA Sığorta. This insurance covers employees, their spouses, and children. The coverage includes preventive check-ups, dental care, optical services, pregnancy and childbirth monitoring, vaccinations, inpatient and outpatient treatments, prescription medications, and emergency services.
Employees are eligible for coverage starting from the first day of the month following their hire date. Policies are managed through the PAŞA Sığorta and PAŞA Life platforms.
