Once you join Endorphin, you will receive a Gmail for your official email. Our workspace is powered by Google. This includes Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Slides. Your Gmail will be your primary email for communication, but you will still have access to the full suite of Google tools for collaboration and project management.
Typically, a new email account is created for you based on your first and last name, and this will be set up and handed over to you. Your team lead handles this, and our IT support ensures you have easy access to your email. Once it's set up, it’s up to you to personalize your account—add your photo, fill in any required details, and most importantly, create an email signature for both your mobile and office computer. Our email signature is standardized, so if you have any questions or need help setting it up, don’t hesitate to reach out for support.
We also use Trello for project and task management. Trello boards help us track work in progress, set priorities, assign owners, and keep deadlines and statuses visible to the whole team.
