These tasks are usually brief and focused, designed to assess the candidates' abilities without putting too much pressure on them. We strive to keep the process fair and efficient.

These test tasks help us observe the candidate's creative thinking and work skills, while also giving candidates a chance to learn more about our work environment and expectations. The goal is to get to know each other better through this process.

Requests for test tasks will only be made by our hiring team; no one else is involved in this process. This ensures that the process remains fair and consistent.
